Hi,
You can refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot when fail to configure the camera.
What should I do if I fail to configure Tapo Camera?
 

If the problem remains, please confirm:
1. The model number of the wireless router.
2. You can enable a hotspot Wi-Fi on your phone, factory reset the camera, reconfigure it on a different phone, and connect it to the hotspot Wi-Fi. Then check if you can set up the camera successfully.

I'm follow all the step, even my WiFi setting are correct also can't connect wifi

1. Follow step by manual, fail. 

2. Using hot-spot phone, fail. 

3. Using table, android, iso, fail. 

4. Edit router encryption, fail. 

5. Edit router channel, fail. 

6. Remove security, fail. 

7. Edit IP address, fail. 

 

Mostly able can edit, I tried also fail.

In this case, you can contact your retailer or local support to check if your camera is under warranty.
