Green picture/ pix-elated in the camera live and recorded video

Model: Tapo C200

Hardware Version: V2

Firmware Version: 1.3.9

I am using Tapo C200 with hardware version 2.0 and firmware 1.3.9. I am getting Green picture/ pix-elated in the camera live and recorded video. I have installed the trial app and problem still exists.Attached below the pictures of recording.
