Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: latest

Hi,

I have successfully added my C200 cams to Synology surveillance station but at live view I have no button to speak to the cam as I have in TAPO APP!

 

what have I done wrong?

Hi,
Tapo C200 does not support the two-way talk feature when streaming it on third-party apps. It's recommended to use the two-way talk feature with the Tapo app.

Hi,
Tapo C200 does not support the two-way talk feature when streaming it on third-party apps. It's recommended to use the two-way talk feature with the Tapo app.
