After trying step one, and the update failed again. I went for step 2, however now the app says there is no update available. How is the beta update pushed? Coz every time the update fails, it says there is no update available after. I have to search for hours to get the update available again. Do I have to wait x amount of time for it to show up again, or do you guys have to push out manually every time it fails to update?

After waiting over 12 hours the update showed up again. And unfortunately it also failed again. Is there something wrong with the update? The hardware version is version 1.0. I have had tapo products for over 5 years now. I have 8 L510 bulbs, 1 L530 bulb, 4 C200 cams, 4 P100, 1 P110, 1 L900, 1 L930 and 1 RV30, and I have updated all these device many many times without any problems.

Why is it so hard to update the beta firmware?

EDIT: Maybe you sent me the firmware for Tapo L510B? I haveTapo L510E V1.

Almost 4 mothts since Tapo messed up with the last firmware update and you have still not released a new firmware!

Whats going on? Its not like we want a new feature - it is a feature you have "accidentally removed" by a firmware update.

The firmware hasn't been released yet. But a beta version is available. If you would like to try it, send the Mac address of the smart bulb to me via private message.
