Multi Users - can they access memory and dowloads
Hello,
I have added someone to view my cameras but they cannot view the playback.. only live!
I have the Tapo Care and pay for storage but only for 2 devices - front and back door (which I thought was for the cameras - should I increase this to add additional users to playback)

Hi,
If you share the Tapo C200 with another TP-Link account, the shared account will have access to the Live View, Talk, Voice Call, Pan/Tilt Control, and the SD card video features of the camera. However, it's unable to access the cloud video clips, and only the owner account can access the cloud video clips.
