Model: EAP225-Outdoor
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version:

Hello.

I have some issue about my EAP 225-Outdoor. First, it is working fine using omada controller software installed in my desktop. Configure for some voucher use for my small internet business. Then, I turn off my desktop computer cause no one is using. Turning it on back in the morning, Launching the Omada software, loging in for the account. and there goes the problem. It says the EAP is disconnected. i tried configuring my network to static but still nothing. Disconnecting the device in the network and plug it back and nothing is working.

I did uninstall the omada software v5, latest version. And there, i'm back to first conguration. I tried again rebooting my desktop. And the problem is there AGAIN. Please, is there someone who can help me?

Can some one point me  on how to connect back my device in the omada controller?

Thanks in advance.

  @Unicron

Do all of your EAP225 outdoor units still work properly?Do they transmit Wi-Fi?When it disconnects, you click on the device to rejoin it; is there an error?
Please keep in mind that connecting the Omada Controller host computer via WiFi is not as stable as connecting over Ethernet.
Also, please try turning off the computer's firewall, as this may be blocking the connection. Also, on the computer, try pinging the EAP to ensure that the connection is working.

What should I do when the Omada Controller (V4) fails to adopt the devices?
