My system not working after last hub firmware update
After the last hub firmware update my system keeps crashing, reloading, resetting. Can barely access camera feeds as it keeps loading and resetting. Same for recorded videos

@MDDW I'm also experiencing problems after the latest firmware update. Unable to view recordings, camera live view stuck permanently on "refresh" after attempting to view live footage. Restarting the hub (which helped solve other connection issues) didn't work this time
Hub: H200 v1

@Bunny34 Experience similar issues since my update to H200 firmware 1.3.4 Build 20240621 rel.40453.
No live video playback (infinite refresh); motion dedection per se works but video snippets cannot be accessed / displayed.

@Wayne-TP Thanks - Sound recording is "on" but the video display is still stuck in an "infinite refresh loop" upon accessing the camera (both for live and recorded video). Restarting the hub has not resolved the issue.

@Chris3280 They must release another firmware update ASAP! This is ridiulous! I trie to get on the live chat with a person feom Tapo but was waiting in the queue forever

@Wayne-TP i have updated the latest firmware you pushed. I can access the videos however, the app keeps jumping between random videos, fast playing some really quickly, some are played in slow motion while others freeze. You have to try playing a video many times before it plays at normal speed. It all seems very random and unstable.

Just an update @Wayne-TP, I tried the latest firmware and still am experiencing the following problems
- Live viewing still takes a long time to load, but at least not all the time now
- Older videos either cannot be accessed at all or take far longer to load than before these issues started
