Can't turn off Notification sound on 2nd cam

After installing a 2nd C210 Tapo cam, I can't get the notification sound to turn off. I checked my Android phone's settings for the Tapo app & it's still set to "silent". The 1st cam gives notifications with no sound but the 2nd cam gives notifications with sound & I can't figure out what to do to get the sound to turn off!

Hi,
Do you hear the notification sound when you turn on the Tapo app? You can force close the Tapo app and check if you will hear a sound on your phone when receiving a notification.

@Solla-topee It does seem that it only sounded when the app was open. I didn't notice that rigjt away. Thanks for your reply.

Unfortunately, it's unable to turn off the notification sound on Android phones when opening the Tapo app now.
