At one point night vision on my C325WB stopped working. I have tried reseting camera, turning HDR off and on. Nothing helps. Spotlight works fine but camera will not switch to infrared in low light even if I set camera to use infrared only.

If you are sure that the camera you have is the Tapo C325WB then that camera is a ColorPro camera. It is a low light camera and uses the built in spot light for color night vision or external lights only. It does not have Infrared capability at all. I have several of the the Tapo C325WB and Tapo C320WS cameras myself. If you want a camera with Infrared capability then the Tapo C320WS has the starlight and Infrared capability but does not have the Ultra low light ColorPro sensor.
