Good Morning, thanks for you time, I think it's a hardware problem, I have now ordered the new c510W on Amazon.
I'll put this in a place where I don't need the audio, and if one day with an update it will unlock better.
Thanks for all
Gio

I have the same issue as lorraine. Literally installed it yesterday afternoon, Updated it straight away as it requested and audio is the worst. My other stationary tapo camera has much better audio.

@hastypluto371 Hi, the firmware has been pushed to your camera, you can update it via the Tapo app and check if it helps.

Hi,
1. You can reboot your camera, and update the Tapo app to the latest one for a try.
2. Set the microphone and speaker volume to maximum, start a Voice Call on the camera's Live View page, then check if you can hear the voice in front of the camera when someone talks to the phone in another room, and if you can hear the voice on the phone when someone talks to the camera.
3. If the problem remains, factory reset the camera for a try.

Hi,
You can refer to the steps below to troubleshoot the reported issue.
1. Adjust the volume of the camera's microphone and speaker to the maximum, and test speaking through the phone or speaking in front of the camera to see if there is any sound.
a. Microphone: go to the camera liveview page in the Tapo app, and tap the microphone icon to adjust the volume.
b. For the Talk or Two-way audio feature: click to enable the camera Talk or Two-way audio feature on the camera's live view page, the volume setting is on the top right side of the feature card.
2. Make sure that there are no obstructions covering the microphone and speaker on the camera.
3. Ensure the camera is positioned to allow clear and unobstructed sound reception.
4. Check if your phone is in silent mode and increase the media volume.
5. Please send me(@Solla-topee) your camera's MAC address via a private message, and list the troubleshooting you did if the problem remains.
Best Regards
