I have to keep rebooting camera tap to refresh doesn’t work on tapo c500
Check if your Tapo App is updated. What's the current version? Do you use Android or an iPhone?
Reload the App by force-closing it and then reopen.
Is this message appear on the liveview screen or the playback?
Note: Always keep the VPN turned off when using the Tapo App.
