Model: Tapo D230S1  
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.15

Doorbell was working but stopped connecting to hub. Removed camera from app and hub. Now won't connect to hub. I've reset the hub and doorbell. Tried to connect on iPhone app and when this failed on android app. H200 hub has latest firmware.

 

When pairing hub flashes green. Doorbell flashes green red then green flashing. MAC address is picked up in app but pairing/syncing fails.

Tried a charged battery. 

Tried using hub connected by router and also WiFi.

Changed WiFi networks

Changed router.

Nothing works

Try to pair the doorbell in this way, see if it helps.

1. Press D230's Sync button to let it blink green.

2. Press H200's Sync button to let it blink green.

3. Then press D230's Sync button again

Try to pair the doorbell in this way, see if it helps.

1. Press D230's Sync button to let it blink green.

2. Press H200's Sync button to let it blink green.

3. Then press D230's Sync button again
