Mic
Hi, my gf logs into my account and I log into hers. Purely to see the videos etc. She seems to have her mic open the whole time so I can always here her. I dont know how to do this. Can anyone help?

On the camera's Live View page, you can tap the microphone icon to adjust the microphone volume if you don't want to hear her.

1. Are there two cameras bound to two different TP-Link accounts? If only one camera, does one phone log in to the Tapo app with the owner account, and the other one log in to the Tapo app with the shared account?
2. Please describe the usage scenario you want to achieve in detail.

I want the mic open the whole time like hers. She doesn't know why it's always on and I can't get mine to be always on. Always have to hold the mic to speak.
