Dates showing as 1984 on all cameras???
Just returned home (5pm in the UK) and I've found all my cameras and hub events log for today are showing the year as 1984 ??? The first time I've seen this just about to try restarting hub H200.
Anyone else seeing similar?

Hi,
We are releasing the new firmware (1.3.3 Build 20240604 rel.61598) for the hub, which includes time synchronization accuracy improvement. If you receive the new firmware, please update it via the Tapo app for a try.
Rebooting the hub is an alternative solution for the reported time issue.
Best Regards

Looks like the hub reboot has fixed things. Dates on microsd card look a bit scrambled, but a new recording looks ok.
All devices are up to date with firmware updates.
Hopefully this isn't a regular bug.

@Solla-topee will do. Currently up-to-date running on 1.3.2 Build 20240424 rel. 75425
I haven't seen this issue before.
The only thing that's recently changed at my end is receiving an update to the Android app. earlier this week.
Here's a screen grab showing the 1984 date!

Hi,
The issue is related to the Tapo H200's time synchronization mechanism, which has improved on the new firmware(1.3.3).

@Solla-topee good to hear. I haven't seen the problem before myself or found any similar reports...
Version 1.3.3. arrived today and I've just updated the hub.

I'm in the UK and I have seen the same issue on and off for a few weeks now.
My hub is on 1.3.2 with no updates available. It's odd that it was fine until recently. I don't know how long ago 1.3.2 hit it but maybe that introduced the bug.
Roll on 1.3.3 hitting the UK.

I just noticed the build that mine is on includes the date and it probably is around then that things went wrong. Is there any way of getting the new firmware on it?
When I check for updates it says it is already up to date.

@Longy I can't help with getting the latest firmware I'm afraid.
Strange that mine was 'offered' 1.3.3 yesterday, hopefully it will come your way soon.
The H200 spec page (only just found this, nice that things have been documented) doesn't have the 1.3.3 details which shows how new it is:

Try to start the Tapo hub H200, it should help with this situation.
The 1.3.3 version is new and may not yet be fully released if your device hasn't detected it. The new version will be gradually rolled out to 100%, please wait patiently.
