Hi,
Currently, the Tapo app doesn't support changing email address (TP-Link ID) directly. You can try to change the email address following the steps below if needed, but it will be a little complex.
1. Log out of the current account by navigating to APP > Me > View Account > Tap Log Out. Alternatively, you can uninstall and reinstall the app, then log in with the new account (new email).

2. If you want to manage your smart devices after logging in to the Tapo app with the new TP-Link ID, please factory reset the smart devices and set them up again on the Tapo app.
