person detection
Hi,
My outdoor camera pick every move, wind birds etc but misses a person? I heve st the Person detection on but still fails.
Any advise?

Generally, you can refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot if the detection feature is not working.
Detection Is Not Working On TP-Link Camera
If you have enabled the Person detection but can't detect the person, please help confirm the following information.
1. Go to the camera's Device Settings>Detection page and send me a picture of it, then go to the Person Detection page and send me a picture of it.
2. Can you share a video showing the camera can't detect a person?

Sorry it took so long, been away and it is my sis in law house/camera.
I have checked the settings and it seems to be correct.
I will attach some photos: settings, notification, view.
Whre it say person was detected- it is voice only from upstairs flat-i do now there is no person there.
But i have to cross the view from the door (no 1 on last photo) to no 2 in the garden and the camera does not catch me at all even though it should?

Hi,
The detection settings look correct, if you receive a "Person was detected at 07:23:23" notification but actually no person in front of the camera, can you share the corresponding video clip with us if it's stored?
And if a person moves in front of the camera but the camera does not detect the person, could you please reproduce the event and record it manually on the camera's Live View page, then share the video with us?
You can upload the video clips to your cloud server(such as Google Drive) and generate a link, then send us the link to download the video clips for further analysis.
