Tapo C520WS ONVIF motion detection not working

Hello.
I am using Tapo C520WS connected to QVR Pro 2.5 of QNAP TS-264.
I've tried various things and ONVIF motion detection doesn't seem to work.
Of course, motion detection is turned on in the Tapo app, and I have confirmed with QNAP support that the settings on QNAP QVR Pro are correct.
According to QNAP support, it is a problem on the TP-LINK side.
Is it possible to fix the ONVIF motion detection problem with a firmware update?
Below is the email I received from QNAP Support.
"After checking with the internal camera integration department, it was found that some TP-Link cameras have compatibility issues with the ONVIF standard, leading to motion detection not working on third-party NAS systems via ONVIF. This is why these camera models are not listed in the QNAP camera compatibility list, as camera integration for those TP-Link cameras was halted due to these compatibility issues with motion detection via ONVIF.
Therefore, our engineer recommends that you report this issue to the TP-Link camera manufacturer and inquire if any new firmware is available to resolve the problem. "
thank you.

@jp_kyoto Hello: I bought my camera, the Tapo C520WS, 10 days ago and I think the detection is not working properly. In the TAPO app I have motion, person, line crossing and camera tampering detection enabled, but it only alerts me if I am inside the app. When I try to find out something with the Onvif Device Manager app, it returns: "Error during event subscription: The recipient of this message did not understand the 'To' header of the 'http schemas xmlsoap org ws 2004 08 addressing' namespace, so the message was not processed. This error usually indicates that the sender of the message enabled a communication protocol that the recipient cannot process. Make sure that the client binding configuration is consistent with the service binding. "

@fernajuf I add to my previous post: if I try to access GetSystemDateAndTime in "device_service" it returns the date and time, but if I try to access GetEventProperties in "event_service" it returns: "Authority failure"

Hi,
1. If you do not receive notifications on your phone but receive notifications inside the Tapo app, please refer to the instructions below to check if your phone's settings are correct.
Why can’t I receive notifications after turning on Notifications?
2. What's the firmware version of your Tapo C520WS? Can you watch the camera's live feed on the Onvif Device Manager app but not receive the event notifications?
Best Regards

@Solla-topee I rectify: I do receive notifications even when I'm not in the app.
The firmware is: 1.2.10 Build 241025 Rel.55515n. In the Onvif Device Manager app, I think I can access all the items except "Events", which returns the error I reported in my previous message. I want to access the events so that a Debian server that I have on the same network as the camera can send it a "privacy mode" message when it detects that my smartphone is on the same Wi-Fi as the camera, which means that I'm at home.

The beta firmware worked. The new version 1.2.10 Build 241025 Rel.55515n does not. I get soap error 6 SOAP_NO_TAG and ODM also does not work. The header To from the namepspace etc etc.

@IsaacZoneMinder Thanks for your quick reply. Do you mean that if I install that beta firmware, I will be able to access GetEventProperties from my Debian?
