I want to send only voip traffic to the ipsec tunnel.
We configured the headquarters and five branch offices with IPsec VPN.
I only want to send voip traffic from 5 branch offices to the main office ipsec tunnel.
I want the VOIP traffic to go out to the main office's WAN.
How do I set it up? Please tell me in detail how to configure it.

You can do this a few ways. Probably the easiest is if all voip devices are on the same VLAN (or an ip range). Then just apply a policy route for traffic in the VLAN or subnet IP range to force it via your VPN tunnel. Here's one where a single defined subnet/VLAN at a branch site returns 'HOME' for local resources as well as all internet traffic.
Note that the VPN tunnel I set up is L2TP/IPsec (server/client) with routing, branch being the client. I have posted elsewhere on the forum detailed steps for that.
