nc450 contraseña error con admin
luego de hacer un reseteo de mis 2 camaras, ya no puedo configurar nuevamente en la app tpcamera las mismas.
Me dice error de contraseña, y estoy tratando de entrar con "admin".
Tampoco puedo entrar a la camara a travez del navegador web poniendo el num de ip.
Estoy clavado en esta situacion, alguien sabe o pudo solucionar este inconveniente.

Hi All,
You can try to hold the reset button for 10 seconds to factory reset the camera, and then the tpCamera app will prompt you to set a new login password (please do not use admin) in step 5) when configuring the camera.
How to set up cloud camera with tpCamera APP?
If you do not see the step to set a new login password, perhaps the camera has not been reset successfully. If you are sure the reset operation is correct, it is recommended to refer to the attached instructions to log in to the camera's web UI to change the username and password (if admin/admin is not working when logging in to the camera's web UI, you can try to use the old login password).
If you fail to log in to the web UI, it's suggested to contact your retailer or the local team to check if the camera is under warranty. If not, you can purchase a new camera as per your desire.

Hola, estoy teniendo el mismo problema. Pude entrar desde el navegador tocando la configuración, pero no hay forma de hacerla andar desde la app

Estou exatamente com o mesmo problemas dos amigos acima,tenho 2 Nc450,as duas não reconhecem nenhuma senha após redefinição de fabrica,isso sempre funcionou,não sei o que houve que nem pelo ip da câmera você não tem mais acesso,e vejo respostas totalmente desconecta da real gravidade do problema,o suporte age como que se estivessem falando com crianças de 5 anos de idade,trabalho a anos no ramo de CFTV e nunca vi descaso tão grande com usuários igual a este,um aplicativo master reset,coisa simples e barata que vocês já devem ter guardado em alguma gaveta ai.

@juanopolis Alguien pudo solucionar este probelma?, hoy me tope con el mismo inconvenciente, no puedo agregar la camara a la app, porque me dice que la constraseña es incorrecta, y ya probe resetear la camara con el boton muchas veces y esot no funciona.

It's another problem. Other models of NC cameras still working except NC450. But only the NC450 has a problem logging into the tpCamera app, so in the browser. Password reset does nothing. It doesn't work with the right password. You can only connect locally in IE 11 browser with an security certificate exception through an IP address (https://192.168.0.10/index.html) after hard reset. Not working in firefox, chrome. It seems to be a problem with an security certificate.

@Martin_Bures I'm not sure if the following steps work but you may have a try:
1. If you can log in to the NC450 via https://192.168.0.10 on an IE 11 browser after hard reset, please log in to the camera's web UI.
2. If you are using admin/admin to login and haven't changed the account, go to System>Account page, change the account password here and check if the new account can be used to log in to the camera on the tpCamera app.
note: the account to log in to the tpCamera app should be a TP-Link account, if you do not have one, refer to the instructions to register one: https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/818/

Hola @Solla-topee en el paso, en que tras restablecer la cámara le pongo la contraseña admin para acceder no me admite esta contraseña, ni la antigua. Nada. Solo me da la opción de volver a restablecerla, y es vuelta a empezar de nuevo.
Me resulta imposible superar este paso, y no me da más opción.
