@Solla-topee Could you please tell us how to do it, there isn't any options in the app to make the lights come on automatically.

IMO, having these two features will take the C120 experience to the next level:

1. Add spotlight ON/ONforNmin/OFF as an automation action.

2. Add mode Day/Night as an automation condition.

I would like to take this one step further, add a feature where the flood lights on a C120 can be turned on via a Smart Action that is triggered by motion from a KD110 doorbell.

This would be used to turn on the C120 flood lights that is in different area than the KD110 doorbell.

Please Turn on spotlighting for Day Light Detection as well. I brought three Tapo C120 and I assume it already did it that , i didn't know it had to be request. That being stated, does anyone know if the C510W has spotlighting for Day Light Detection as well. I'm planning on getting a couple of those after how I'm liking the Tapo ecosystem (coming from another ecosystem that constantly nagging me with subscriptions and removing features each update).

  @Solla-topee I also want this feature for security reasons like everyone else plus also I have the camera under my patio which gets a lot of ambient light but not so much under the patio itself (pretty much the same as others with garage requirement).  Actually I also wanted to buy another one for my garage but not anyone without this feature.  Any ETA on when it will get added ? Thanks

Haha I noticed the exact same thing. Please make the spotlight turn on automatically when detects motion at night with Night mode OFF just like the wyze v3 pro!!!!!?

Actually I do noticed the spotlight comes ON with one camera with Night Boast on - viewing distance outdoors - white light - on when detecting motion. 
 

It seems ONLY when it is dark enough then they come on and it does so when its on night mode (auto was set). But as far as for spotlight on when motion is detected even when its not dark then I would like that festure too!
