TC70 solid red reset button not working
Camera is not able to reset
Reset button press 5 sec but solid red stays.

Hi,
In this situation, please turn off the camera, wait for two minutes, turn it back on, and check if the LED changes. If not, press the reset button for 10 sec and check if the LED changes.
If the LED has no change at all, you can contact your retailer or local support to check if your device is under warranty.

@Solla-topee Thank you for your response, I did all the suggestions but the problem still the same.
I think the camera was faulty I have contacted the retail and hopefully they have replace the device.
This happened after a successful update.

Hi,
If the camera is far away from the router, you can also try the following steps.
1) Make sure the internet is stable and the router has a strong signal.
2) Power off the camera.
3) Move the camera closer to the router and power on the camera.
4) Wait for around 10 minutes and check if the camera will work.
