It's important to check whether a disconnection has occurred. Is the sensor disconnecting from the hub? Or is the hub disconnecting from router? How strong their connection is?
Device's signal strength can be found in the App: Device's Settings ->Device Info ->Signal Strength or WiFi Network (H100), tap on the WiFi/signal symbol to check what's the RSSI rate.
To optimize the situation, you can try reducing the distance between the two devices if the signal strength is weak.
Specifically for the T310, if data updates are slow, you can restart the hub to establish a fresh connection between the devices after the sensor is re-positioned. Afterward, allow a period of one to two hours and monitor if there is any data being uploaded on the sensor.
