C320WS Detected events not working on 1 camera out of 2
I have 2 C320WS cameras, recording to SD. Both setup the same. Both up to date firmware as of today.
Just noticed that 1 camera now isn't doing the "detected events" list. Everything is enabled for notifications, I've never changed anything anyway.
Both cameras are setup the same anyway, one is showing events. I've rebooted both cameras, app is up to date, firmware etc all ok.
It's recording as skipping through I can see but no events.

I decided to reformat the SD a few times, reboot a few times and now getting the detected events again.

What's the model number, capacity, and format on your two microSD cards inserted into the camera?
Please try to remove the microSD card from the camera that does not show the detection video thumbnails, then insert it again, and check if the detection video thumbnails under the timeline will show up.

It's hard to locate the issue since the camera and the SD card are working now, but the issue seems to be related to both the camera and the SD card. You can keep monitoring the camera and refer to the link below to collect the camera log for further analysis if the problem happens again.
How to get the log of Tapo Camera?
