Model: Tapo H100
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.5.6

I have many KE100 valves, the first one came as a kit with the TAPO hub and is working without a KASA hub, I have bought additional ones to add to the kit but I cannot add the new valves to either the KASA app (as there is no KASA hub) or to the TAPO hub (as there is no device type KASA KE100).  This is very frustrating.

I dont want to have 2 hubs to control the same devices!

This is obviously an app issue - as i already have one device working, I just need the apps to allow me to add additional devices.

How can this be done please?

  @Geoff-Dublin

Same Here. The Option of adding KE100 is gone. A few days ago there was an Option to add the KE100 to an Tapo H100 hub in the Tapo app 3.2.974.

Now this Option is gone. Wired: this Option was previously added by TP Link in the Tapo app in January 2024 and works flawlessly.

Now the Tapo App is absolutely useless for adding KE100 devices.

But I can control my previous added KE100 connected to my H100 hub in the Tapo app.

@TP Link Support: please fix this issue.

Also found this issue. - In my case during initial setup so I could work around it by deleting the hub from Tapo and then adding it to Kasa app. Obviously once someone has set up more than two devices and various automations it is not a viable option to delete the hub and do it again in the other app. - Time for unifying the Kasa and Tapo app!
