Unable to DL even if phone same network with cam
Hi, need help. For some reason I'm unable to download clips. Pop up says my phobe and cam are not connected on the same network, but they are. I was able to download clips 2 weeks ago. Appreciate any feedback.

Hi,
In this situation, please try the following steps.
1. Turn off the mobile data on your phone.
2. Force close the Tapo app, and disable VPN on your phone if there is one.
3. Connect your phone to the same Wi-Fi as the camera, and ensure your router does not have enabled features such as AP isolation.
4. Open the Tapo app and check if you can download the video clips stored in the SD card.
