  @Solla-topee Also agreed with this! Tp-link is there any update on this? I would genuinely be happy with even a one off purchase for rich notifications of say £30, but obviously free would be better! If you enable this feature then I really think the tapo cameras smash the ring system out of the water, but without it, it's not competitive! I think ironically by putting this behind a subscription paywall, people are put off buying the cameras and hence you are making less than you would if you just made this feature free!

Yes, this is really needed for me as I used to rely on this on my Ring Doorbell, the only reason i switched to Tapo is because of no subscription and now I have to go back to subscription which is crazy. If you don't provide this feature then unfortunately i will have to move to some other product. 

Please can you have a look into it?

This is fkn disgraceful. Every other brand I've had includes picture notifications free so you know whether you need to act or not. The fact you're paywalling a basic feature makes me wish I didnt buy your product, and ill be leaving reviews all over the internet urging others not to buy this product. Shame on you tp link you vultures, trying to profit on safety - THATS WHAT WE PAID FOR IN A CAMERA!
