Tapo D230 not ringing on Android Phone
Hi
I have enable all the notification setting on my Android phone and Tapo apps as per suggestion but when press the bell, i didnt get any notification and the phone also not ringing even though im in the Tapo Apps. Im on Android 13. Please advice

I also have enabled all setting to allow ring d235 doorbell to be heard on my google pixel 8 android phone. Ive done it in setting and on the app but it never rings.i have updated firmware and rebooted.. please help...

1. On the Tapo app > Doorbell's Device Settings page, please send me pictures of the Doorbell and the Notifications page.
On the Doorbell page, send me a picture of the Doorbell Video Call page.
2. If the Notification feature is enabled, can you receive notifications on your phone or the Tapo app >Home > Bell icon > your doorbell page when someone presses the doorbell?
3. What's the OS version of your phone?

1. Can you receive notifications on your phone or the Tapo app > Home > Bell icon > your doorbell page when the doorbell detects a person or package?
If yes, on the Doorbell's Device Settings > Doorbell > Doorbell Video Call page, please select Push Notifications, and then check if you will receive a notification when someone presses the doorbell.
2. On your phone's Settings > Apps > Tapo app page, please check if the "Display over other apps" option is enabled, and check if the "Battery saver" is selected "No restrictions" or "Unrestricted".
