I share my camera Tapo c310 on my second smartphone but I only seen the live feed. I receive the notification fine but when I click to see the video I am still on the live stream and not the video.

I have a premim subscription and Tapo cloud videos.What should I do to access video with my second smartphone (Samsung S23 Ultra Android 14

Hi,
The shared account does not the permission to access the cloud video clips, if you want to watch the cloud video clips on the 2nd phone, you can log in to the Tapo app with the owner account on it, or you can insert a microSD card into the camera to store video recordings, and the shared account can access the local video recordings.
