Hi,

I've shared access to the video doorbell with a family member.

They get notifications for doorbell rings etc which is nice, however they can't see recorded clips stored on the cloud.

Can that be enabled?

Alternatively if I insert an SDCARD can they see recordings on that?

Hi,
The Shared account can't access to the cloud video clips and there is no option on the Tapo app to enable it. However, if you insert an SD card into the camera, the Shared account can watch the video recordings stored in the SD card.
