Good morning, I have two Tapo Hub Tapo H100 connected to a T100 sensor (I would like to point out that the T100 with Tp-Link assistance has just been replaced), which does not keep the ringtone given in configuration, it keeps it marked on the Hub home page, but when it goes to detect the sensor the default one sounds, sometimes the set one does not always sound; If I go to make the Hub ring the ringtone is the configured one.

The reset/reset of the hb and the sensor has already been done, so the problem lies in another configuration, or they don't work.

Other - a hub at midnight (I'm checking if it's always the same time) rings with an unset ringtone and a beep.
