Automation with energy consumption

Hello, if the socket allows you to measure electricity consumption, does it also allow, if I create automation in the Tapo app with it, to use e.g. instantaneous consumption or voltage, power as a trigger? I.e. eg "Add starter-> Start device -> P110 -> when socket current < 100mA -> start another socket"? Thanks.

I would like to use a smartplug for our basement sump pump, and trigger it to notify me when the pump turns on, and possibly off

On Home Assistant you can already access the current consumption??
woow... I use these plugs integrated on SmartThings, but in my case I can't access the current consumption.
But since you mentioned that, maybe if the SmartThings integration is changed to another driver that supports energy, I can access it...
I think I'll post on SmartThings Community and ask!
Regardless, I think this feature should be added to Tapo app!
