I also request this feature for all the reasons mentioned above. It is a huge disadvantage of the system to not have this.

When the price changes is it possible to automatically change the price the electric costs on the plug?

A water pump is working on a tapo P110. Sometimes, there can be a disarmament of the pump (no more water in the tank), and in this case, the pump would keep on running indefinitely, until its death... A good automation would be "if energy consumption ou power is above XX during YY mins, then turn off the socket and send a notification".

This would be a fantastic addition and I'm surprised we don't have it yet. I have two plugs, one for our mist-style humidifier and one for a blower fan to help get it out into the space. I'd love to be able to tell the one with the fan on it to kick on when the power draw of the humidifer plug goes above a set amount.

  @Wayne-TP +1 for power monitoring automation.  I have serveral machines with 64-core processors that is running through billions of records in intensive parallel processes - and it can get quite hot.  I built a custom air intake that runs on external power (pushes air directly in and through the system - works very well).  When the power usage of the machine drops below a certain threshold it could then turn off the external fan (via another KP125 plug).  It is a simple use case, hopefully something that could be built into the standard automation control.  Ideally, when the plug is between a certain range (100W - 500W) the external fan would be on, otherwise that plug can be switched off.   I had gotten these plugs because "Google AI" said the Kasa app already had these features - that doesn't appear to be the case.  Hopefully something that will be added in the future, it would be great to have.  At least right now I can toggle that external fan on and off from the app .
