Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.3 Build 231213 Rel. 37124n

When I set the custom time schedule, it does not become active.
This is since the last update. I use the app on my iPhone 15 Pro

with IOS 17 Developer Beta 17.3
Previously, the schedule only functioned on weekdays.

The schedule failed over the weekend. I restarted my network, router, cameras and iPhone all.

All of this brought no improvement.

Can you specify which feature are you using? The notification schedule? Or the SD card recording?

 

Is the time stamp displayed on camera live page correct?

Check whether device's time zone is correct. <Device's Settings -- Device's Info --Time Zone.>

I checked the time stamp and my device time zone is correct.

I use the notification schedule. After i removed yesterday my camera's and

did a setup and installed them again, the camera's were not activated.

The privacy modus should be closed at the start of notification time and 

activated when ending notification time.

Camera privacy mode doesn't follow the notification schedule. When privacy mode is turned on, the live feed of the camera is turned off, so any movement in front of the actual camera will not trigger motion detection, hence no detection notification. 

 

To schedule camera privacy mode, try to utilize the Smart Action feature! You can create automation and set the trigger to a specific time to enable or disable camera privacy mode.
