Model: Tapo C200

Hardware Version: V3

Firmware Version: 1.3.9

Whenever I'm using the call option or talk option for my tapo c200 camera it's getting hanged and freezed.

The camera again restart.

The call and talk features doesn't work.

This is happening when I try to on the alarm feature as well.

Please help.

Hi,
Please ensure the firmware of your camera and the Tapo app is up to date, then check if you can use the Call or Talk features on the Tapo app for your Tapo C200.

Please help confirm the following information if the problem remains.
1. Send me the MAC address of your Tapo C200 via a private message.

2. Please confirm the model number and OS version of your phone and the version of your Tapo app.

3. Will the camera or the Tapo app hang or freeze when using the Talk, Call, or Alarm feature?
How about the LED status on the camera when the hangs phenomenon appears?
