New Firmware Failing: 1.5.5 Build 240105 Rel. 192438
Set to auto update and i try to update myself.
have factory reset etc..
@ocasey79 Hi, I have also had this issue and was able to determine that this was down to a network connectivity issue with this device. Basically, I would find that when I pinged it's IP address, it would drop out for a few seconds, and this was causing the firmware update to fail as I believe the app transfers the firmware data to the device during download.
Would you be able to test this for me by pinging your device too? You can find it's IP address in the device's config page.
@ocasey79 thats mad - failed then worked... still wont upload firmware but appears on line in app.
unfortunalty cant add devices unless firmware is uploaded.
