@rct0 I cannot believe this isnt a feature.  Literally every other camera app has it,  I would never have purchased these cameras had I known

This would be extremely helpful. Especially if it can be added to a smart action/routine

This is reasonable for people who don't want to disarm all cameras just because they happen to be active in a different part of the home.

None of the suggestions you guys have made have appropriately solved the problem of getting 1000 notifications for the hour that my kids are in the pool or I am working in the garden. Setting a schedule is ridiculous for these unscheduled events. Do not disturb could easily have "For 30 min" and "For 1 hour" buttons that would help tremendously. PLEASE!! And thanks!

I'm so annoyed by this I guess I'm going to return my cameras. I NEVER want to turn off my notifications for my pool camera in case I forget to turn them back on, which is entirely possible. But getting 4000 notifications when we are swimming or gardening nearby is preposterous. A snooze option is so basic and essential.

@T629 agree. I've basically given up on it as the TP link person who was originally responding in the thread has ghosted the user community. It's so simple and obvious. I'm disappointed as I do like a lot of other things about these cameras like battery, local only storage option, etc. But, the lack of this simple feature that every competitor has is the reason I'm buying my entire house coverage from a different vendor.

and yes, it's nearly impossible to always remember to turn privacy mode back on. My camera is recording like 5% of the time because of the laziness to not just implement an easy snooze feature.
