Tapo C325 Camera Image Quality
I have four different tapo cameras and recently purchased the C325. I was surprised that the video quality of the image captured was blurred. in video you can see the fox running past the camera, its not very fast as the local fox has one poor leg. However the quality of the image is more than blurred its just like a brown smear along the grass. If you look at a still of me not moving all is fine??

yes, this camera's night time image quality is terrible. always blurry. even under infrared mode. good 2k video only day time.

1. Has the Tapo C325WB configured 2K video quality on the camera's Live View page?
2. Can you share a video showing the whole moving process of the fox with us for further analysis?

@BobWillis as requested I have tried to upload a video video of the fox blur trail. Its only 1.5meg but failed to upload. Sorry for the delay in replying but have been away on holiday. Since that time I have also had a couple of other issues to share with you when you let me know how to overcome the upload issue to you

You can upload the video to your cloud server, such as Google Drive, and then generate a link and send me the link to download the video via a private message.

@BobWillis As requested I have provided a zip file online you can download. the videos show the blurmovement of the fox. The second a clip of me standing with no movement which is clear any movement of the head or arms is blured
Your system now shows the following (Content or title contains illegal external links.)
the thrid video shows raining continuely setting off the recording and on this one wetting marks on the camera lens. In terms of the droplets wetting I have never seen this before on any of my older Tapo cameras Many thanks Bob Willis
