Tapo C220's mic noises
I've use the C220 for 1 month, and found out that its mic is so bad.
It's like the noise reduction too much, makes the recording misses pretty much important sound.
The recording is attached to this thread, please increase the volume to hear the noises!

@Solla-topee I have messaged you again. You pushed firmware to my Tapo in June fixed the issue but stupidly I updated the firmware yesterday in the app and the sound is awful again with the cutting out constant. Is there going to be a permanent fix for this in the proper updates? It seems fine in the versions you push through.

I just installed my tapo c220 and has some terrible background noise. I have made the latest update, removed all other devices and turned down the microphone without any succes. What can I do?

in the recording it isnt as loude as it is when im watching it live. Its much louder

1. What's the value of the camera's microphone and speaker volume?
2. Please try to go to the camera's Live View page, tap the Record icon to record a video manually, go to the Playback & Download > Download page to download the video recording to your phone, and then send me the video showing the problem.

I generally assume that the development team for the c220 is different than for the TC40 or C320WS (perfect sound) , C210 and C200 (good sound). It would be more logical to cooperate with them so that the C220 reaches their level.

@tandy1972 the new firmware for c220 is a step in wrong direction because i accepted to overwrite special firmware sent to my camera by mac address and now is not good. Only little improvement over the initial audio when i tested it first time.
And now i have a new tapo c410 and it has same behaviour: too pronounced noise gate, muffled audio...
