Tapo C220's mic noises
I've use the C220 for 1 month, and found out that its mic is so bad.
It's like the noise reduction too much, makes the recording misses pretty much important sound.
The recording is attached to this thread, please increase the volume to hear the noises!

In general, it is not clear why such aggressive noise reduction is done - information from background noise is sometimes very necessary, but it is roughly cut off. It should be left to the user's discretion to enable or configure noise reduction.

Мне кажется - что достичь уровня С210 - на этом железе не возможно, такое ощущение что банально DSP не справляется. Хотя на максимуме разрешения и даже если частоту кадров выставить как в С210 в 15 , битрейт всего то больше в среднем на 1200 kb/s.

Hello again, this is my opinion after new FW 1.1.9 Build 240313. Audio quality has significantly improved. The audio from person is very clear now. Although distance talks -- still cut in between but it's okay. I will give 8/10 for the audio this time. Good job, it's lot better.
There is ons issue : There is latency lag between audio and video of like ~ 450ms. So if someone is talking there lips move first & then audio comes making it harder to know which person is talk (in conversation).
I checked in playback, the lag is still there. So not streaming lag.

Но есть - к чему стремится. Всё таки хотелось бы, что бы звук был на уровне TAPO C210 и TAPO C320WS

У меня к сожалению нет C520WS - есть С320WS. Камера находится за 300 километров. Пример звука: Чириканье птицы - за зданием от камеры.

Да, и запись делалась на обеих камерах посредством протокола RTCP через публичный Интернет и плеера VLC. Конвертация аудио дорожки - тоже посредством VLC
