Model: Tapo C420S2

Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version: 1.2.14

The charging icon for battery does not display charging state when connected to CS420 camera. Also under battery status it only shows the current percentage charged.

However the percentage keeps on increasing slowly, meaning it is charging but display is not what is expected.

Other units working fine and displaying correctly.

Can this be fixed

@Solla-topee yes I'm charging with the A200.

I was referring to the charging icon with the lighting and battery picture.

There was just a firmware update to 1.2.15 that seems to have fixed the issue.

Hi,
Are you charging the Tapo C420 with the solar panel Tapo A200? Whether both the two Tapo C420 have the phenomenon you described?

What are the other devices you used to connect to the solar panel? Can I have a picture of the charging icon you want the Tapo C420 to display when charging by the solar panel?
