tapo c220 keeps disconnecting(going offline)
My tapo C220 is kinda useless because it keeps going offline.
It is placed next to a c200 and they are both connected to the same wifi network. (from-43 to -50RSI)
c200 works like a charm while C220 disconnects while still showing solid green light.

Hi,
Please help confirm the following information to get the firmware that may help to solve your issue.
1. Confirm the LED status on the camera Tapo C220 when it shows offline on the Tapo app.
2. Confirm how you get the camera back online after it shows offline on the Tapo app, such as rebooting the camera will recover its connection, or you need to factory reset and reconfigure the camera.
3. Send me(@Solla-topee) the Forum ID 645544 + MAC address of the problematic camera via a private message.
Best Regards

@Jarusmola hi, how is going the new firmware? I'm having your same issue with the C220 only , all the other Tapo cameras (C200&C210) are working well in the same network without any issue :(
Thanks

@Solla-topee Thank you! The new 1.1.9 firmware seems to have (finally) solved the disconnection issue with the C220.
Now I just need to know if there is a way to refresh the "alert zone" picture in order to put the "crossing-line detection" alert properly, because the picture get "freezed" to the instant I unboxed the C220 and turned it ON the first time.
Best regards

@Solla-topee
Hi
1.1.8 and 1.1.9 firmware has fixed the connectivity issue but a new bug is present which limits stream to 15 fps even in 20 or 25 fps are selected.
I will share details in a new post.
Regards
