Model: Tapo H200
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.2.23 Build 20231012 rel.49638

Just wanted advice please , I have the Tapo care and an SD on my Tapo doorbell , I know you can only go back 30 days on the Tapo cloud recording so I installed an SD card also in the Tapo hub , I wanted to check a certain date which is 5 months ago I can't do this on the cloud so I've searched the date back to the SD card but when it try and download it it says " can't download recording as not connected to the same network" I'm using the same WiFi I've always used , the recording plays but I can't  download it as it's say it's not in the same network which is strange ... any ideas why it's saying this ? My Tapo hub is WiFi connected

  @Tapoguy2022

Hi,
You can refer to the instructions below to download the recordings from the SD card.
Download and Clip Camera SD Card Videos in the Tapo App!

Please help confirm the following information about the error message.
1. Please describe your network diagram, such as the internet cable--wireless router)))(((Tapo H200, cameras, phones, etc.
Are the H200 and phones connected to the Wi-Fi from the router directly? Or are they connected to different devices, such as one connected to the router, one connected to AP/RE, etc.?

2. Can the phone that installs the Tapo app ping the Tapo H200's IP address successfully?

You can go to the Tapo app>H200's Device Settings>Network Connection page to see the Wi-Fi network it connects, and go to the Device Info page to see its IP address.

Best Regards
