Bonjour,
Camera TAPO C210.
Reçue la semaine dernière.
Les led sont rouge et vert
Installation possible jusqu'à la connexion box free, puis l'appairage échoue.
Parfois même la connexion à la box échoue.
J'ai essayé tout ce qu'il était possible
Échecs successifs

Hi,
You can try to enable a hotspot Wi-Fi on your phone, reset the Tapo C210 to factory default settings, use another phone to log in to the Tapo app, and reconfigure the Tapo C210 to connect to the hotspot Wi-Fi, then check if you can set it up successfully.
If yes, you can try to reboot your modem/router and check if there are some special settings on the modem/router, such as MAC Filtering, Access Control, or Firewall, etc., thus the camera can't connect to the router's Wi-Fi successfully and finish the configuration process.
