C210 and VIGI 8 Channel
For the past4 months I've been using several C210 and a C500 without any issues. Recently I purchased a VIGI NVR1008H and connected all the camera's to it. Three days later I noticed that two of my older C210 was no longer sending video or the NVR. Not only that the devices were labeled as OFFLINE in the TAPO app. When I turn off the C210's and turn them on again they appear on both the VIGI NVR and the TAPO app again and video was streaming. However after about 2 to 24 hours they would one by one go offline again.
At first I thought it was a problem with the camera so I used a brand new C210 and installed it. After about 2 or 3 hours the newly installed C210 would also go offline and would not show up on the VIGI NVR and the TAPO app. The C500, however, works without any problems.
I've tried removing the devices from the NVR and just access them on the TAPO app but they would eventually get disconnected. I've also double check the list of IP addresses and confirmed that they are no longer connected to the network.
Notes :
- The lights for some of the C210 are solid green even ,though the TAPO APP says they are disconnected.
- The light for the other C210 is a solid red.
- The location for one of the C210 and the C500 are roughly the same distance from the router but the C500 is not experiencing any connection problems.
- Everything works once the cameras are rebooted but goes offline again.
- The CCTV connectinon fails regardless if the camera was connected to the VIGI or if just soley connected via the TAPO app
- All CCTV cameras are using the latest firmware
Looking to see what is the possible cause of this
