Tapo C110 stuck in update

Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.3.2

The update from firmware 1.3.2 to 1.3.9 started hours ago, it is still in update mode and not reachable. The router (fritzbox) indicates, that connection to the internet are active, but I can not see what is happening. The update is running now over 2 hours, I'm sure nothing will change.

 

What can I do now?

The notification "Do NOT power off your smart device ..." is still in the android app (latest playstore version).

I can not see any active LED on the device, the status LED setting was off before the update.

Hi,
Please help confirm the following information about the issue.
1. What's the MAC address of the Tapo C110?
2. Please turn it off, wait for 2 minutes, turn it back on, and wait for 10 minutes, are you able to control it via the Tapo app?
3. If not, please refer to the link below to reset the camera and check if any changes to the LED status.
How to reset my Tapo camera?
