When detection occurs, the light stays on for too long or does not turn off at all. What should we do to turn off the light when detection is completed?

Hi,
Please help confirm the following information about the reported issue.

1. Which mode have you selected on the camera's Device Settings>Video & Display>Night Mode Settings page?

2. Which option have you selected on the Device Settings>Spotlight Settings>On/Off Duration page?

3. How long does the spotlight stay on before it turns off? When the spotlight does not turn off, how do you turn it off, such as by tapping the bulb icon on the camera's Live View page?

Best Regards

1-Smartmode 2-5minutes (less would be better) 3-The camera switches to night mode but still does not turn it off for a long time. If I try to close it myself, it says: Too many attempts.

Hi,
Have you noticed how long the spotlight will stay on before it turns off?
Please record the time when the spotlight turns on and the time when the spotlight turns off, and then check if there are several detected events during that time period that cause the spotlight to not turn off.
You can go to the camera's Playback page to check if there are detection video clips during that time period, or go to the Home>Bell icon to check if there are relevant notifications.

Best Regards
