Model: Tapo T310
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version:

After the UK daylight savings change this weekend, the data is not displayed in the Tapo app correctly.

In the first 24 hours after the clocks went back, there was a 1 hour gap in the "Day" view,

The following day, the "Month" view displays no data for the previous month and starts to recreate from that day.

The "Year" view 'appears' ok (but cannot confirm) , as does the data download.

This happened when the UK went to British Summer time last March, and again last weekend when the UK wnt back to GMT. It happens on all my T310 sensors,

The fault was present in the Tapo 2.0 app and is still present on the latest 3.0 version.

It is obviously difficult to replicate as the fault only occurs twice a year.

Can you share some screenshots of the data graph here? Is the data in the exported table normal?

Please find attached screenshots as requested:

Month viewYear view

As you can see, in the Month view, all data for dates before the daylight saving change is no longer displayed, and the data rebuilds each day after the change.

The Year view shows over a year of data. Unfortunately I did not screenshot the Day view, but there was a missing 1 hour gap that moved along as the hours past.

Data

The data export shows what I would expect for the daylight saving time changing (going back) at 02:00, with repeat readings at 01:00, 01:15, 01:30, and 01:45 although maybe they should have been overwitten rather than duplicated?

As stated previously a similar error occurred when the clocks went forward last March. This happens on all my T310 sensors.
