Hello,

 

I have a problem with the camera.
Today it became OFFLINE
I reset the camera with the button, now it is in mode red - green light but i cant see any signal of network from the camera

i dont find the wireles of the camera  I tried from 3 different devices but noting

 

any help will be welcome :)

Hi,
It's suggested to turn off the camera, wait for a while, turn it back on, and wait for two minutes. Then press the reset button on it for 10 seconds to reset it to factory default settings again.
How to reset my Tapo camera?

If you have reset it successfully(the LED flashing red and then flashing red and green) but several devices still can't see the default SSID of the camera, it may be the camera has an issue, and you can contact the local support or retailer to get a replacement if your camera is under warranty.
