C510w camera not reporting motion to Alexa
I have a new C510w but it wont give me the option to have announcments in the Alexa App set on. The option is not there in the config of the camera in the Alex App..
The option is there for my (older) other cameras however - albeit a deifferent model (TC70) - You have an announcment option menu section.
As this is missing on the C510w it means you cant use it as a trigger in the Alexa routines as you could with the TC70.
Any help thanks ?

Hi,
The Tapo cameras add the Alexa announcement feature via firmware updates. Currently, the Tapo C510W does not support the Alexa announcement feature, and it's planned to add this feature via firmware updates in the future. However, we do not have information about when this feature will be available.
It's suggested to pay attention to the firmware release notes when updating the firmware, and usually, it will show if the firmware has added this feature.
Best Regards
