Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.3.7

Good morning.

I have two C210 cameras. One of them was already working but with dynamic ip. When I tried to configure a fixed ip from the router, the mobile application stopped recognizing it.

I delete the camera from the application and try to re-enter it. It doesn't work: it seems to configure the wifi network correctly, but in the pairing step it always fails.

As I had another packaged camera ready to install, I set it up perfectly from the mobile app and it asks me to install an update.

When it has finished installing the new firmware, I set a fixed ip from the router and start all over again: the mobile application does not recognise it, I delete it and try again to put it in the application and always in the step that says "pairing the device" the error pops up.

It seems that the wifi is configured because pinging to that ip that I configured, it responds, but I don't see how to do anything else.

I tried to create a new account on a different phone (one is iOS and the other Android). I tried putting a new wifi hotspot closer and I haven't got anything either.

Is there any way to downgrade via microSD, for example?

  @condestable

Hi,
Please remove the static IP configurations on your router for your camera, then reset the camera, reconfigure it, and check if you can set it up successfully. If it is stuck on the same "pairing" step, please help check the LED status on the camera, such as solid green, flashing red, etc.

The Tapo app can't recognize the camera after you configure the static IP address on the router for the camera may be related to the network diagram and your configurations.
1) Please describe your network diagram in detail, such as the Internet--wireless router)))(((Tapo camera/Phone, etc.
2) Do you configure the Address Reservation feature on the router to reserve an IP address for the camera?
3) Are your phone and Tapo cam connected to the same Wi-Fi network when the camera shows offline? What IP address of the phone and camera?

Note: It's unable to downgrade the firmware via microSD.

Best Regards
